Screen Printing
Screen printing has held the top spot as the preferred method for printing T-shirts for decades. It’s a versatile and effective way to print T-shirts with a tactile feel and quality that other methods just can’t capture. Also known as silkscreen printing or serigraphy, it involves blocking out areas on a fine mesh screen to create an image. These can range from simple patterns applied directly to the screen, or complex designs that are exposed onto the mesh. Screen Printing is what most companies use and, is mainly the only way to create bulk amounts of custom t-shirts.
What material are the personalized T-shirts made of?
We offer cotton, blend and polyester options. Our soft-touch tees are made of 100% ringspun cotton, which is more breathable and feels softer. We also have T-shirts made from performance fabric, which is moisture-wicking for maximum comfort.
What sizes are the T-shirts available in?
Adults’ T-shirts from are available in Small – 5XL. We also offer kids’ sizes. To find the exact length and width of each size, check on the chart below.
Can I order just one T-shirt?
With Screen printing our single-color printed T-shirts, the minimum order is 20 shirts.
Can I print my logo, artwork or design onto the T-shirts?
Yes, of course. To design your own T-shirt, you can email us your design in a vector, pdf or png file.
How should I wash my T-shirt to keep the design looking bold?
To wash your shirt, turn it inside out and machine wash cold. Use non-chlorine bleach and don't tumble dry. To keep your custom T-shirt printing in top condition, don't iron the decoration area.
